Fish during constipation

I suffer from chronic constipation. Can I have fish for lunch. I don't eat chicken or eggs at all. Kindly suggest

Hello. Try to avoid fish for lunch. Include more of fiber rich foods like vegetables n fruits to improve your digestion.

For  chronic constipation, Include more fibre in your diet. Eat foods which is easy to digest. Try to avoid fish for lunch.
