Fever with 102.7 temperature

Please advice any medications for high fever (No cold or cough). My son is 15 months old. We gave 1.5 ml dolo drops 1.5 hrs before and still temperature has not reduced. Please advise.

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. If not accompanied by any other symptoms,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If fever not reducing at all,give syp combiflam,repeat 4 hourly.
