My 2 year baby was suffering from feaver and she doesn't eat any thing and she Cray always.this was happening from 2 days . please suggest me best medicine .I was giving medicine pacimol mf 125 but no use .when I used to give medicine fiver goes for some time and and come

Paediatric medication is based on child's weight. It would have been nice if you have provided child's weight,  and Associated symptoms. Fever for more than 3days needs further evaluation as well.
