Her cold cough got better but still fever not going away.She is taking advent antibiotic 2.5 ml twice a day. How to know if its a viral or bacterial infection?

Semms to be viral. Antibiotic doesn't help. May take a week to get better

May I know since how many days fever is present. Any other symptoms like decrease urine, appetite, stool s. Need to know more. Please consult me on practo for better understanding and advice.
