Persistent fever for 1 month with intermittent loose motions can be due to chronic infections like enteric (typhoid) fever, tuberculosis, intestinal infections, or even malaria or dengue relapses. If treatment was already taken but symptoms persist, it’s important to rule out drug resistance, misdiagnosis, or underlying systemic conditions like autoimmune disorders or chronic liver issues. 📌 Next Steps Get blood tests: CBC, ESR, Widal, Dengue IgM, TyphiDot, LFTs, Malaria test, and CRP Stool routine & culture test Ultrasound abdomen to check for internal infection Visit a physician or infectious disease specialist with reports Helpful Tips Do not self-medicate with antibiotics. Drink plenty of clean fluids. Take proper rest. Avoid outside/contaminated food and monitor your temperature regularly. Chronic fever should never be ignored.
