Fever happens when there is any kind of infection in the body( bacterial or viral). It has nothing to do with usage of phone. For now you may take paracetamol and if the fever stays for more than 5 days you may get blood routine examination.
Next Steps
if blood routine examination shows raised leucocyte count you have bacterial infection and if lymphocyte count is high you have viral infection. further medication can be started based on your blood report

Kindly undergo Complete blood picture... If your leucocytes levels are elevated it could be due to bacterial infection,if your lymphocytes are elevated it could be due to virus.. Thankyou

No, Exertion is not the cause of fever. Exertion can cause fatigue and lack of concentration. But not fever. Fever /pyrexia is commonly due to any Infection. Take paracetamol,  plenty of fluids. There is Dengue epidemic in specific areas in country. Keep yourself hydrated.
Next Steps
consult doctor for prescription of medication and investigations based on detailed history.
