Fever usually subsides after 2 months but varies with patient. Also it could be some other infection elsewhere or reappearance of fluid. Continue with ATT and eat healthy to improve immunity.
Next Steps
Refer to pulmonologist and get a repeat Xray and CBC.
Health Tips
Can get CBNAAT test done after lockdown.

In case of tuberculosis symptoms usually subsides in 2-3 weeks. In some cases fever is notorious. Few cases have been reported in which fever disappeared in 2 months, on the second side persistence of fever for so long may indicate treatment failure or drug resistance. As you mentioned that fluid has reabsorbed ,have you gained weight ? These indicates that you are improving Get done chest x ray again and CBC

Hi.. I understand your problems. Persisting fever even after 2 months of TB treatment needs evaluation of drug resistance. Consult a Pulmonologist.
