Fever comes back after flu

After viral fever I tested my WBC count is 18000crp 14 ,and hemoglobin is 8 and only symptoms in me is fever comes and goes from 2 weeks what is my prob doctor?

WBC count of 18000 couldn't be a viral fever , rather bacterial , could be lung infection ,typhoid ,or from other sources.You need a proper clinical examination and further investigations . Consult with a physician in your area.
