Yes, you have given the history of 15 hours shift for the past one week.. so that may make you weak.. so how long you have the joint pain with fever?.. well it’s advisable to take pantoprazole or omeprazole along with the paracetamol to avoid gastric ulcers.. If it is more than 3 days, kindly visit the doctor and take the necessary blood tests..
