There is fever recurring every evening same time since last few days. I have extreme joint pains and tiredness as well.

Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. ORS 3 packets per day [ mix one packet in 1 little of water and drink). Take tab paracetamol 650 mg Do temperature charting. You need some blood test's
