Fever since 5 days. Cough and cold. I've running nose and headache. Body pains. What test to be done.

Tab Dolo 650(1-1-1-1) 3days. Tab pan-D 40 (1-0-1) before food. 7days. Tab azithral 250 (1-0-0) before food.5days. Tab cheston cold (1-1-1)3days. Syr Ambrolite-S 5ml-5ml-5ml 1 week.
