I m having cold and cough on and off for a month. Doctor prescribed Doxolin 200, pantaprazole, Cleair tablets and lupituss syrup. Now I m having fever. Can I take paracetamol along with these medicines
Yes symptomatic fever could be relieved by paracetamol, but if you are having cold and cough for a month and already on antibiotics , you may not overdose and misuse the antibiotics and do intermittent steam inhalation , it helps in nose congestion and dryness .

If cold and cough present since one month on and offf and if it is a recurrent then there is another issue can be there like sinus issue you can chekout also . Yes you can take pcm sos when required.
