Hi, yesterday evening I have done scaling after which from today's morning I am feeling low and having sore throat and little fever. Is that common or need to visit hospital

Fever after scaling is unlikely to happen. Weakness or sore throat never occur. These are not post scaling symptoms. Visit a General Physician for the diagnosis.
Next Steps
Consult a Physician.

If there is a little bleeding from the gums or if you have not taken the proper antibiotic regimen prescribed to you , you might feel a little bit Pyrexic i.e tendency to feel feverish. But Sore throat and Fever combined can not be caused as a result of scaling procedure.
