Feeling weakness in teeth while brushing

Since last couple of days after switching to new brush. While brushing, my teeth is feeling bit of pain. I use dabur meswak tooth paste and oral b toothbrush. This is the first time I'm encouraging pain in the smiling parts of teeth.

You need to use soft brush and use circulatory strokes for brushing rather horizontal strokes and follow modified bass method for brushing.use only a pea size of paste.if your complaint persists you can visit the dentist

Instead of a herbal toothpaste go for a toothpaste containing fluoride and use a soft bristle toothbrush

Tooth brush injury is very common with new brush as we use it with the same force as the old brush, which would have worn out after using long time. Always use gentle strokes for brushing. Learn proper brushing technique for your teeth from your dentist.
