I have been feeling tired and sleepy all the time, I only find my self active in night when there is no sun and heat. Even if I sleep for more than 8 hours, I wake up tired and I don't know what to do, but as soon as night comes, I am active.
Circadian rhythms are different for different people ,hence your issue.however,its possible to get you back into a rhythm with some routine.
also temperature affects it.
