Feeling sad

I don't feel happy anymore. I feel stress all time. I am bald and now I start feeling embarrassed due to this. Also I am doing some professional study n job which was my dream but i don't have any focus on it anymore. I am not able to concentrate on my job either. I have rejected by one of my friend. It's been two months I can't stop thinking about her n negative thoughts related to her. I don't know this whole situation is just because of this rejection or something mental problem. I feel worthless, like a failure. Repetitive thoughts are also making situation worst. I started forgot things which can lead me end of my career. I always feel like crying but not able to cry even. Discussed this many friends but still not able to overcome. Suicidal thoughts start coming in my mind. I have struggled a lot to reach in life at certain level but now everything looking worthless. I feel that I lost myself and always felt emotional imbalanced.I m scared that I would end up all things in future.

From what you have told here, it does seem that you're depressed - although a much detailed evaluation is needed to confirm the diagnosis . There are medicines and therapy which can be used depending on the severity of your symptoms. But, you surely can be helped. Don't lose hope. See a psychiatrist in person or consult online- whichever suits you better

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
