Get fresh CXR and Chest Ultrasound for the amount of fluid. If the fluid is still around 800-900 ml and you are feeling discomfort in chest , then pleural fluid needs to be drained out through syringes. At least drain around 500ml fluid .
ATT takes time to be completely effective to reduce pleural fluid amount.
