Feeling of having diseases

Hi,. Iam always having the feeling that iam having some chronic diseases. Somedays I think I have cancer, other days jaundice , pneumonia, etc etc etc. Most of the times iam really afraid that I will get cancer. I don't know why. I had USG abdomen scan. Full body blood report. Everything was good. Not major problems was there. Everybody around me my family members are scolding me or making fun of me that I am always telling I have some health issues. I don't know how to get rid of that.
