I am feeling bit depressed and anxious, as i used to work and after delivery of my second kid i m working from home she is now of one yr. becoz of winters all time we r inside home. Is it ok to feel so

Moreover spending most of your time within the house could definitely affect your mood, connect with external world and cause loneliness. Be positive.
