I am so sorry to hear that you are struggling. Being a new mom myself, I know that caring for a baby takes a lot and is no easy task. Given that, it is normal to feel overwhelmed and even sad at times. Hearing your symptoms, it does seem to be more persistent and severe. It appears that you will benefit from counselling, therapy and maybe medication.
