Your symptoms—dizziness, feeling like you might faint, chest tightness, shock-like sensations, neck pressure, cold hands and feet, fast heartbeat, and constant uneasiness—are very real, but the fact that your ECG, Echo, MRI brain, and more than 20 blood tests are all normal strongly suggests that this is not due to a heart problem, stroke, or any dangerous neurological disease. This pattern commonly matches conditions like severe anxiety/panic disorder, autonomic imbalance (dysautonomia), POTS-like symptoms, or chronic hyperventilation syndrome—all of which can cause months of dizziness, chest discomfort, breathlessness, neck tightness, tingling, and a constant “about to collapse” feeling despite normal reports
Next Steps
You need a structured evaluation for autonomic dysfunction or anxiety-related physical symptoms, not more heart or brain tests. A simple orthostatic test (lying to standing heart rate) can help check for POTS. Also meet a psychiatrist or physician experienced in anxiety-related medical symptoms—not because this is “in your head,” but because anxiety and autonomic imbalance can physically mimic serious illness. Many patients with similar symptoms improve significantly with the right medications (like SSRIs, beta-blockers, or anti-anxiety medicines) and breathing retraining. Meanwhile, avoid caffeine, stay hydrated with electrolytes, and practise slow breathing (inhale 4 seconds, exhale 6 seconds) to reduce the “shock-like” and “air hunger” sensations.
Health Tips
These symptoms feel frightening but are not dangerous when all major tests are normal. However, do not ignore worsening red flag signs like fainting, severe chest pain, weakness in limbs, or new neurological deficits—those need urgent attention. Otherwise, your condition is highly treatable once the correct cause—often anxiety, dysautonomia, or hyperventilation syndrome—is addressed. You are not alone, and many people with months of dizziness recover well once the right approach is started. I can guide you step-by-step if you tell me your heart rate patterns and when the dizziness worsens.

Your symptoms are too widespread and too intense to be explained by a simple deficiency or routine illness — but the fact that ECG, ECHO, MRI and 20+ blood tests are all normal actually gives a very important clue. When all major cardiac, neurological and metabolic tests are normal yet the body behaves as if something very serious is happening, it strongly suggests a functional neuro-autonomic issue, not a structural disease. The pattern you described matches exactly with conditions like: Autonomic dysregulation (heart rate surges, cold limbs, dizziness) Panic circuitry activation (feeling you’ll faint, chest tightness, electric current sensations) Cervical-vestibular imbalance (neck pain + dizziness + clouded feeling) Hyperventilation syndrome (uneasy breathing, tingling, cold hands/feet) Yeh sab real symptoms hote hain imagination nahi. But they come from a dysregulated nervous system, not from heart/brain disease. That’s why every report is normal but your body feels completely out of control. Important If this goes on for 3 months, the nervous system becomes hypersensitive and the symptoms keep looping and that is exactly what’s happening with you. Right now the problem is not diagnosis, it’s lack of targeted correction. Random reassurance won’t help, and giving medicines here publicly is not allowed, a structured plan is needed. What you need now In your case the next step is to: Analyse your symptoms timeline Check your breathing pattern Evaluate neck-vestibular system Understand triggers Stabilize the autonomic system Break the symptom-loop Decide if any further targeted tests are needed This requires a 1-to-1 detailed assessment, not a quick comment. If you want a proper evaluation and action plan You can consult me privately. I will review all your reports, ask the right questions, and guide you step-by-step to break this cycle. When ECG, Echo, MRI brain, and 20+ blood tests are all normal, and symptoms continue for months with episodes of: feeling like you will faint extreme dizziness cold hands/feet neck tension fast pulse chest tightness “electric shock” feeling breathlessness unable to walk during episodes → this pattern strongly fits anxiety-panic cycles or autonomic dysfunction (like POTS), not a heart or brain disease. These conditions do NOT show up on ECG, MRI, Echo, or routine blood tests, which is why your reports are clean. Most likely causes: Anxiety / panic disorder (very common, causes exactly these symptoms) POTS / autonomic imbalance (causes dizziness, fast heart rate, cold limbs, near-faint feeling) Severe vitamin deficiencies (B12, D, magnesium) — even mild deficiency can cause these symptoms Reflux + hyperventilation combo What your symptoms do not suggest: Not heart attack Not stroke Not a brain tumor (All ruled out by the tests you already did.) What usually helps: Propranolol / Inderal (which you are already taking) SSRI or anti-anxiety medicine (doctor needs to evaluate) Salt + hydration if POTS suspected Breathing retraining Treat acid reflux Vitamin B12 + D correction If you tell me: Your heart rate when standing vs lying Recent B12, Vit D levels

Your ECG, Echo, brain MRI, and all blood tests are normal, which rules out any serious heart, brain, thyroid, sugar, or vitamin deficiency problem. What you’re experiencing — constant dizziness, near-fainting, electric-shock sensations from abdomen to neck, cold hands/feet, pounding neck pulse, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and inability to stand or walk properly for the last 3 months — is a textbook case of severe anxiety/panic disorder with dysautonomia, almost always triggered or worsened by the chronic sleep disturbance from your night shifts. This is an adrenaline-overdrive state: poor sleep → body stays in fight-or-flight → every small sensation feels like you’re dying → more fear → worse sleep → vicious cycle. See a psychiatrist (not neurologist/cardiologist again) tomorrow, tell them exactly these symptoms, and start a low-dose SSRI (Escitalopram 5–10 mg or Sertraline 25–50 mg morning) + short course of Clonazepam/Etizolam 0.25–0.5 mg when attacks come. Fix your sleep strictly with the routine I gave earlier, cut all caffeine, and walk 30–40 min daily. 95 % of hospital staff with your exact story recover completely within 2–4 weeks once this is done. You are not dying — you’re just exhausted and stuck in panic mode. You’ll be perfectly fine very soon.
