My body suddenly gets hot like hot flash but stays that way for hours. I don’t sweat, just feeling hot all over my body. The inside of my mouth also feels hot. My body temperature is normal. Normal thyroid levels and my periods are regular too. What could the reason be? It's very frustrating. It happens once or twice a month randomly out of the blue and it gets so bad that I can't sleep either. I use ice packs on my stomach and neck to feel better. Please help.
