A proper consultation is needed to assess and guide treatment.

Fever with marked body ache and leg pain for 3 days, in Pune at this time of year, makes me think dengue or chikungunya first, then typhoid or a viral flu. Dolo 650 only masks it; do not take brufen or any painkiller other than paracetamol till dengue is ruled out - platelets can drop.
Next Steps
Today itself get CBC with platelet count, dengue NS1 + IgM, chikungunya IgM, malaria smear, CRP and urine routine, and review with a physician. Paracetamol 650 up to 3-4 times a day if needed, 3 litres fluids/ORS, complete rest. Repeat CBC on day 5-6. Red flags - severe abdominal pain, vomiting, bleeding gums, black stools, giddiness on standing - go to hospital at once. I can review your reports on Practo consult or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.
