Feeling Fatigue

All time feeling fatigue, after having 7 or 8 sleep, not having work pressure, work load at company, just office work on laptop, taking enough food, can not wake up early, feeling depressive, all time having the feeling let work to be done tomorrow, please suggest.

Take fresh fruits and green vegetables, sprouts daily in your diet.take plenty of water every day. .take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food .
