Feeling dizzy an headache

Hi doctor ,From morning i was not feeling ok ,weakness in both the legs below knee, wired feeling in the tounge ..before dinner i was feeling weak so after dinner i went an my Sugar level is 144 an BP is normal ,an i did ECG an here i'm attaching ECG pls check ,OT nurse was not knowing to read properly so..I have anxiety issues also..Thank you

Don't you think it is too much ? The OT nurse didn't know how to read the ECG properly , so you put this question on Practo. Was the ECG done in a Diagnostic Centre which is run by a Laboratory Assistant ? Even they have a General Physician or a Cardiologist on their panel. Asking questions on Practo is fine, but not making stories.
