Feeling depressed & alone
Hi Doctor,
I feel depressed that I am not able to keep up relationships. I am shy and not able to talk to new people freely.I think too much before speaking and because of that I am not able to have long lively conversation. Most of the time it ends up as short conversation. I want to change myself and be open to all. What should I do in order to overcome my self restarint and become social with people easily. Please advise me.
