I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing. It seems that you get easily disturbed by small emotional situations. To motivate yourself better try and listen to motivational videos and audios , talk to your close friends and family members , try and maintain a thought journal in which you can mention the events which bother you . For better concentration try and break your study sessions into smaller chunks of 40 minutes and take a 10 minute break , in the break avoid watching TV or using your mobile phone . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions.
