Hi sir / medam, I am facing anxiety problem regarding about negative thought generating in mind continuously. How to cure this problem naturally without medicene ?

As per my opinion,  symptoms of negative thoughts, Anxiety are impairing a person's personal, social and professional life, medications should started.With relaxation exercises, daily activity scheduling, sleep hygiene, symptoms had good response along with medications, So when you feel that these lifestyle changes are not working, you can take consultation of a psychiatrist
