If my 1 month old baby is sleeping for whole night from 12am to 7am, do I need to wake up him for feeding in between? His birth weight was 3.1kg and now his weight is 3.8 (1 month 10days). At what frequency breastfeeding to be done during night? Every 2 hour or 3 hour night feeding to be given?

Yes you need to wake the baby up atleast every 3 hourly for feeding at night time. Although weight gain is adequate, feeding at regular intervals at nighttime will improve the quantity and quality of milk produced as well.

So better to feed the baby every 2 -3 hourly round the clock.
