Fatigue & tiredness

I am feeling very tired & fatigue suddenly , I am not a diabetic patient , but leg pains and burning sensation under feet . This is not all day but suddenly one Day it will be severe , I have already gone through thyroid , liver , kidney functioning , & all are normal . Please kindly help me through.

Get vit d,vitb12, done. Tab meconerve(1-0-0)1month after food. Tab pan d40(1-0-1)7days before food. Get back with reports.
