Facing cough and cold issues

Facing could and cough since morning. Last Sunday (27-August-2023) I had sore throat, body & facial pain. I took medication for 5 days via practo app's Doctor only. Kindle advice what should i do to cure my current condition. Regards

Add betadine gargals for atleast 3 times a day in warm water.. Avoid sour and spicy food... Dnt worry you will be fine soon
