Hey there! The problem that's seen in mri is not actually between L5-S1. The basic problem lies between L4-L5. I suggest you to please consult me online so that I can check your problem in a better way. According to me it's a ligament tear between the two vertebrae and the joint spacing has also excessively increased. Consult online so that I can check your present bodily condition. Chances are that you might need a surgical intervention. Due to ligament tear probably other issues also.
