Hello,
From the X-ray I can see that both the lower molars are impacted and it doesn’t have proper space to come out and the left one has cyst. First we will see about the left molar The main reason the doctor asks you to take both upper and lower is that it can be done with one injection and healing time will be same and the next is once when you remove your lower teeth the upper teeth will supraerupt and it will try take up the space in the lower region which will affect your occlusion and difficulty in closing the mouth. And in the right side also it’s impacted and it’s closer to your second molar so the chances of food impaction between those two teeth’s are high so it may cause caries to the second molar also, In order to protect the second molar and save the teeth it’s better to remove from your right side also.
There is no harm in removing all the third molars because it doesn’t play any role in chewing or occlusion .
