Actually I'm facing eye-strain from last few days, I felt like it is due to using my mac for more than 3 hours a day plus watching tv in the hectic lockdown period. So should I go for anti-blue light lenses or for a treatment? Because viewing screen for such a time is my job!
You need to take frequent short breaks in between the screen time.
After 20 to 25 minutes of screen time, try closing your eyes or look far away for about 20 seconds.
For prolonged mobile usage blue light filtering lenses will be protective.
Continued screen viewing can cause dry eyes. You can use refresh eye drops 3 times a day.
Do not forget to blink while viewing.
