Exercises during panchakarma

I will be starting panchakarma treatment from next week. I wanted to know if in addition to walking, can I do simple strength training exercises at home using lightweight dumbells? Please advise if this is ok.

During Any Panchakarma treatment one should not perform and exercise as per Acharya's but walking one can do with atter precautions like Wearing thick clothes Wearing head cap Covering ears These all to be performed to avoid bad effect on treatment it will help u in keeping body heat intact which is most important during panchakarma treatment

You start your panchakarma treatment in next week,so do your exercise this week.When you start panchakarma avoid exercise.Which panchakarma you do ? depend on that ask advice of exercise where you take treatment ask doctor.
