Exercise and fast heart beat

Hi dear doctors, When I work out or doing exercises my heart beat will beating very fastly. I afraid of that. I take ECG and lipid profile test. Everything is normal. What cause this heart beating very fastly until doing exercise?

Heart rate normally goes up with exercise.its important to look at the difference between basal heart rate and during exercise.you must exercise at a rate which is equivalent to moderate exercise for you and build up slowly aliso important to see that it comes to normal within 3 to 5 minutes of stopping exercise

Heart beat during exercise might go upto 180/min Nothing to worry if it’s not irregular and if the heart beat during rest is well below 100/min if yOUr ECG & Lipids Are normal, nothing to worry.!! Relax If you’re obese then try to reduce your weight if it’s wdin normal limits then enjoy
