Excessive hair fall

Hi My 4 years old daughter is having severe hair fall from last one month. Hair comes out while running fingers or combing.even on hair bands. Started giving her nervijen syrup,calcimax p and tasiron from one month. Still no improvement. Please help.

It could be telogen effluvium..is there any history of high fever..please consult online for further evaluation
