I'm suffering from these, 1. Extreme pre ejaculatory fluid with just by a text or a thought which is causing pain and weakness in me. 2. discomfort, fatigue and sharp pain after getting aroused every time producing fluids and if that continues for a day or two without ejaculation then extreme pain in pelvic region 3. Suffering from hard erections and worried leading to ED also shrinking of penis. 4. Ejaculation just by getting aroused without getting erected. 5. Burning urine after ejaculation 6.A strong odour of semen I'm still unable to figure out the problem as my analysis, and culture and sensitivity of both urine and semen are normal. USG abdomen is also normal. Kindly help me out. Thank you.
