Before suggesting the exercises we need to go through her complete medical history, which includes cause, brain lesion, medications, muscle power etc.. I would suggest you to consult a Physiotherapist through online for complete assessment and treatment.

Take online appointment with a physiotherapist and learn to perform exs properly from physio. It may take time but patience n regular consultation is required but can be managed at home given the situation. You need to dedicate more time to learn exs and need few days of regular consultation.

General warm up exercises can be done at home for neck shoulders hand and legs. if possible if any physiotherapist available for home visit will be good.
