Exercises will only take care of the problem. Try Yoga to begin with. The pains are due to stiffness and overwork of muscles which are feeling weak due to your domestic activities and mobile use. IMHO, all such pains secondary to lifestyle get labelled as sero negative arthritis.

If there is not much pain and swelling of the joints... exercise should and can be done. Idea of exercising is to prevent stiffness and a permanent deformity.
