I am trying to conceive. Today in TVS scan it is found that left ovarian endometrioma. Can I conceive with this report. Or it needs to be treated first. Please find the attached report for reference

Yes u can concieve.Check your tubes and egg reserve once. Usually such small endometrioma doesn't impair pregnancy. Treatment is needed only if ur symptomatic.
