Try to avoid lifting weight with palm facing up. Try other way around. Go to physiotheraphy for ultrasound massage then exercises. If not settling you have an injection with dry needling technique.

Hello.. Paticular golfer's elbow... if its fresh injury.. go for ice pack 2-3 days followed by hot water formantation... Apply myolaxin ointment- good pain reliver.. Visit physio sessions for strengthening n ultrasound.. by the time avoid lifting wieghts till u start exercising.. Thank u

Golfer's elbow caused by pinched ulnar nerve as it crosses the elbow on its way to the hand.

1)Wear a brace on your affected arm, which might reduce tendon and muscle strain. 2)apply ice on the painful site to reduce the pain. 3)stretch and strengthen the affected area.
