Hello mam/sir, This is Rama My age is 46 years. I menstruate everybmonth regularly. My last month period date was 20/9/24. So this month,My problem is I got my period 14 days early with normal bleeding for 4 days. May i know the reason please.

First n most common reason is your age. At this age menstrual irregularities are common. Second, from 1 cycle irregularity we can't conclude any obvious cause, u have to monitor your cycle for 3 cycles.

One odd cycle coming early doesn't need treatment. Please monitor your cycles for the next 3 months and then consult a Gynaecologist.
