Ear piercing swelling

Hi I have pierced my ear (3 piercings in the same ear). It has swelled up a little bit. As treatment I user Fucidin cream but swelling hasn't gone done (but it's not worse either). What should I do to get the swelling down?

Wait for some time Continue your local application If not better consider removing ear rings, and re piercing with doctor under aseptic conditions, after skin turns normal
