My son (5.5 yr old) is having severe ear pain since midnight. He couldn't sleep because of pain. He had mild cold and cough 3 days back. Please help

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult.  Give ibugesic plus for Ear pain. And visit Pediatrician..

Give steam inhalations 3-4 times a day,put decongestant nasal drops 3 times a day for 3 days.Give paracetamol for pain/fever.
