Can ear and tooth pain come in covid? Only experiencing on one side.Currently in 2nd trimester of pregnancy with covid positive.Any non medical remedies.The pain is mild

If pain is mild ,then u don't need any medication As if u are pregnant,  u can take tab paracetamol 500mg if it's unbearable But the cause for toothache shd be ruled out
