Hi , I am having moderate dry cough with throat itching from yesterday, no other symptoms, do I need to go for COVID test?

It is worthwhile doing RTPCR and CBC. The incidence of Covid 19 is quite high. No point in taking a chance.

Syr ambrolite-s (3ml-3ml-3ml)7days after Food. Tab derriphilline(1-1-1)5days after food. Tab wysolone5mg(1-1-1)5days after food.

avoid oily,spicy,cold food. observe for 2 days if no better go for rtpcr test to be on safer side.
