Dry Cough( Diabetic)

My mother aged 58 years is a type 2 diabetic and on insulin at night.From yesterday she has  cough and constanstly coughing making her feel uneasy and worse at night.pls advice on any medicine or syrup what is best for her for instant relief.As of now she has not taken any tablet or syrup drinking ginger tea and hot water. PLS ADVICE. Thanks.

Tab levoflox250(1-0-0)5days after food. Syr ambrolite s(3ml-3ml-3ml)7days after Food. Derriphyline retard(1-1-1)5days after food. Tab wysolone 5mg (1-1-1)5days after food. Steam inhalation. Nebulisation3times 5 Days.
