She is suffering from dry cough since 2days(non stop coughing). Yesterday she took amoxiclav 625 twice but still not improved. Please suggest some medicine. Thank you

Amxiclav is an antibiotic, it should be taken for 5 days twice daily you may not see effect in a day. You would need cough syrup.
