Hcgb MoM 0.46 and Papp a Mom 0.38. All the three syndrome risk is mentioned as low. I'm worried about the Papp value. Is it very low? Please answer.

PAPP-A alone is not indicator for any chromosomal anomaly.Level 1 scan Nt-NB Scan is also done along with that.
Next Steps
Level 2 scan done at 18-22 weeks for congenital anomalies and quadraple marker

The screen result is the part that matters, and yours has come back low risk for all three conditions. Individual markers are not read on their own. The software combines your age, the nuchal translucency measurement, gestational age and both marker values, and a lower PAPP-A can be offset by the other inputs, which is what has happened here. A PAPP-A in this range with an otherwise low risk result does not indicate a chromosomal problem.
Next Steps
Continue routine antenatal care and keep your anomaly scan at 18 to 22 weeks, which is the next real checkpoint. Share the full report with your obstetrician at your next visit so growth and blood pressure can be tracked.
Health Tips
A lower PAPP-A is sometimes linked with placental function, so your doctor may watch fetal growth and blood pressure a little more closely. That is monitoring, not a diagnosis.
